Today marks the 365th day of giving.  What an adventure this has been!  I've learned that giving is extremely powerful!  Powerful for the receiver but perhaps more powerful to me, the giver.  Giving to those in need is one of the most rewarding aspects of the giving process.  For me, the most valuable gift has been the gift of time with others-both people and animals.  Time devoted to sharing stories and laughter, listening, and time spent providing comfort and concern is the most beautiful gift to both the giver and receiver.  Ultimately, the gift of love is the single most important gift.

I have been blessed to know love and I have been blessed to share love.  I am so grateful!
